Commercial Retail Rollout — Multi-City Execution

Over a seven-month period, our team fabricated and installed fourteen custom retail kiosks across Cali, Medellín, and Bogotá.

Each unit was developed from architectural plans provided by the design team. Our responsibility extended beyond fabrication — we translated drawings into buildable millwork systems, engineered the material breakdown, coordinated on-site logistics, and executed full installation inside active commercial malls.

This project required:

Every unit was manufactured with precision detailing, integrated lighting, glass display systems, and modular structural components designed for durability and high foot-traffic environments.

Because these kiosks were installed in operational malls, sequencing and coordination were critical. Our team handled site measurements, shop drawings, material procurement, prefabrication, transport, and final assembly — ensuring consistent quality across three major cities.

The result was a cohesive retail presence executed at scale, on schedule.
